What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that accelerate growth in the French market. Focus on identifying and targeting new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify key industrial sectors and target customers who can benefit from Lines Manufacturing’s cutting-edge products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Actively pursue new leads, generate new opportunities, and secure high-value contracts. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to create customized solutions for clients in a range of industries.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive the performance of the sales team, ensuring goals are met, opportunities are maximized, and key accounts are consistently serviced at the highest level.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the French market, track industry trends, and identify competitive opportunities. Provide strategic insights and feedback to leadership to adjust our offerings and sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations with customers, develop pricing strategies, and close high-value deals that align with company objectives.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions, from initial sale to after-sales service.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the industrial or technology sectors. Previous experience in manufacturing, automation, or related fields is a significant plus.
  • Results-Oriented: A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector, industrial automation, or related technologies. Knowledge of additive manufacturing, automation systems, or production technologies is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strategic & Consultative Sales Approach: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored, high-value solutions. You are a skilled negotiator with the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
