What You’ll Do:
- Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales department in daily operations, from customer inquiries and order processing to preparing quotes and managing customer data. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, following up on quotes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Reporting: Conduct research on potential customers, competitors, and market trends in the industrial manufacturing sector. Prepare reports and presentations to support sales strategy.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties such as managing customer files, processing orders, and maintaining sales records in CRM systems. Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and processed in a timely manner.
- Sales Coordination: Support the coordination of sales activities, including the scheduling of meetings, organizing events, and assisting with customer visits. Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Sales Data Management: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance, helping the team optimize strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
What You Bring:
- Educational Background: You have a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, and a strong interest in sales and industrial technologies.
- International Mindset: You are a French citizen or hold a European Union nationality and are ready to work in Germany as part of the VIE program. You are eager to gain international experience and develop a career in a global organization.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken). French or additional language skills are a plus.
- Proactive & Organized: You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to take on new challenges.
- Customer-Oriented: You have a customer-first mindset, with a natural ability to communicate and build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Team Player: You work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using google Suite and CRM systems. An interest in learning new digital tools is essential.
